Reservation Fee

A ₱200 reservation fee is required to secure your preferred appointment schedule.

Please note:

• Deductible from your total bill.
• Non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
• Your booking is only confirmed after the reservation fee has been successfully received.

Travel Fee

Travel fees are calculated based on the distance between your location and the assigned nail technician.

Please note:

• Travel fee is not included in the reservation fee.
• It will be added to your remaining balance and paid after the service.

Payment Information

For your security, all payments must be made directly to Nails on Call only. Our nail technicians are not authorized to collect or receive any form of payment on behalf of the company.

• Online Bank Transfer

Cash payments are NOT accepted.

Home Service Guidelines

To provide the best experience, please prepare:

• A clean and comfortable workspace
• A stable chair and table
• A nearby power outlet
• Adequate lighting
• A safe and accessible location for our nail technician

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Need to change your appointment?
• Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Reservation fees are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may require a new reservation fee to book again.

Health & Safety

• For everyone's safety, please inform us before booking if you have:

  • Nail fungus
  • Nail infections
  • Open wounds around the nails
  • Allergies to nail products

We may decline or reschedule appointments if the service is not safe to perform.
